Well Button Buddies,
The wait is almost over! After nearly two years of trying to find a new home for the Button Shoppe and eight months searching for a location to get Radness Ensues off the ground, we finally have found a place to hold both!
I really need to take a moment to thank our amazing Real Estate Team, Jennifer Martin, Conrad Venti, and Meghan Salinas from First Commercial Oregon. If not for their expert knowledge, guidance, patience, and genuine love for the community, we would not be where we are today.
I also have to give a huge shoutout to Jerry Stevens from Profund Fundraising Solutions who directed us to The Center for Nonprofit Law.
We wanted to ensure that we started this off with our best possible chance of success, and that starts with a solid foundation. We are so grateful for the opportunity to work with this law firm.
Right now, we’re working on getting everything dialed in at the County level to ensure we have the right occupancy for our building, but we are super excited to be next door to Uptown Music and to have Paul Elliot as a Landlord. We’re also super grateful to Paula Moseley and her team who’s been representing Paul to ensure we can get into this location. We’re crossing a lot of red tape right now, but when it’s all complete, we will be able to open the door to a beautiful community center in a great location to provide access to our community in both Salem and Keizer.
I’m so excited for what we’re going to build together, please join us Friday, March 29th at The Grand Theatre in Salem, as we host Greeters for Salem Chamber.
